L’\u00e9galit\u00e9 entre les femmes et les hommes est un enjeu d\u00e9mocratique majeur et une conqu\u00eate, jamais d\u00e9finitivement assur\u00e9e. Inscrite au c\u0153ur des valeurs de la R\u00e9publique, elle demeure, en ce d\u00e9but de mill\u00e9naire, et malgr\u00e9 les progr\u00e8s r\u00e9els accomplis au si\u00e8cle pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent, encore inachev\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
L’\u00c9cole de la R\u00e9publique contribue depuis longtemps \u00e0 la marche en avant des femmes dans notre soci\u00e9t\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
La cr\u00e9ation d’un label \u00c9galit\u00e9 filles-gar\u00e7ons pour les \u00e9tablissements du second degr\u00e9 s’inscrit dans le prolongement de cet engagement de l’institution scolaire et vise \u00e0 rendre visible l’ensemble des actions engag\u00e9es dans les domaines p\u00e9dagogique et \u00e9ducatif pour transmettre et faire vivre l’\u00e9galit\u00e9, qu’il s’agisse des enseignements, de toutes les situations d’apprentissage, des activit\u00e9s men\u00e9es \u00e0 l’\u00e9chelle de la classe ou de l’\u00e9tablissement, de la vie scolaire et de la d\u00e9mocratie scolaire, de la gestion des espaces et de relations entre l’\u00e9tablissement, son environnement et ses partenaires. Il en permet la coordination et l’approfondissement. Il en assure la lisibilit\u00e9 aupr\u00e8s de l’ensemble de la communaut\u00e9 \u00e9ducative.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Ses trois principaux objectifs sont :<\/p>\n\n\n\n

la cr\u00e9ation d’une culture du respect ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
la lutte contre toutes les formes de violences sexistes et sexuelles ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
la lutte contre les st\u00e9r\u00e9otypes de genre et l’acc\u00e8s pour toutes et tous \u00e0 une orientation moins genr\u00e9e.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
